JSPM is a quarterly online journal published by First Promethean Publishing. The fundamental aim of this journal is to encourage the development and implementation of strategy management systems which can align energies and resources within organizations.
Topicality
Strategy making can be and art and science both, but creating models which can translate well made strategies into the daily actions of employees does not need to be an art per se. Organizations which can set up and implement robust systems for alignment of employees’ daily work with their strategies are much more likely to succeed compared to other that struggle in finding this link. The journal will focus on these and associated issues to bring the research focus of academics closer to the practical problems facing managers in both public and private sectors in a rapidly changing environment.
