The Annamalai International Journal of Business Studies and Research (AIJBSR) principal objective is to publish a selection of high-quality research papers, case studies and Book Review.  The AIJBSR is a double-blind refereed academic journal published annually.  AIJBSR invites theoretical, empirical and applied manuscripts in all functional areas of management.  The journal publishes original and review papers, case studies, abstracts of doctoral dissertation, reports on funded completed projects and book review.  Manuscripts must be submitted in English.
