PUL-SATOR publishes Quality Research Papers that are approved after a Peer-Review, and without any Affiliation-Bias. Moreso, no 'Publication Fees' is charged. Its distribution is also Free online. 

PUL-SATOR is registered with Registrar of Newspapers for India (Government of India) under the Press and Registration of Books Act 1867 as RNI 42833. It has also been allotted ISSN 2321-6719; and allotment of ISBN is under process.
